Title: Learning & Development Officer
The Learning and Development Officer is responsible for:
Leadership Development
- Perform Learning Needs Analysis to accurately identify development gaps and properly determine scope and scale of learning interventions.
- Recommend, design and develop learning interventions to address leadership development gaps.
- Implement learning interventions to address gaps using the most suited modality or mode of learning delivery, or blends of various learning methodology.
- Evaluate, analyze and report effectiveness of learning interventions to inform stakeholders of learning outcomes.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Perform end-to-end user account management for both SAP Success Factors Learning and JFC Learning Web platforms to ensure learner database completeness and learner reports accuracy.
- Perform all activities related to the overall management of the Business Unit’s learning records.
- Perform the role of main point-of-contact for the Business Unit, with Region and Global Learning & Development partners, to ensure prompt and fluid communication and implementation of all LMS-related initiatives.
- Lead the execution of LMS-related initiatives in the Business Unit, for prompt implementation and compliance to Global L&D timelines and requirements.
Individual Development Plan (IDP) Process Lead
- Perform consolidation and validation of IDPs, and curation of learning interventions for all the Business Unit’s organic team members’ IDPs.
- Perform sourcing and evaluation of learning providers (as applicable) and facilitation of enrollment to external training, to ensure process efficiency and joyful learner experience.
- Manage all IDP-related learning records for data completeness and accuracy, maintain a robust reference for all IDP-related analysis and decision-making.
Program Management and Liaisons - Region and Global L&D Programs
- Lead the implementation of specified Region and Global L&D programs, to maximize allotted resources and ensure high participation and compliance by the Business Unit’s learners.
- Represent the unit in Region and Global L&D work groups to accurately put forward the Business Unit’s context and unique needs in relation to the initiatives or projects to be implemented.
- Localize communication and implementation of various programs, as applicable, to ensure and maximize participation and effectiveness.
- Perform the role of main point-of-contact for the Business Unit, with Region and Global Learning & Development partners, to ensure prompt and fluid communication and implementation of various Region and Global L&D initiatives.
Learning Events and Project Management
- Lead or co-lead, learning events, from content and theme development, working committee creation and oversight, event execution and all post-event activities.
- Perform vendor sourcing, evaluation and management, to ensure highest level of service delivery by vendors and delivery of agreed outputs and achievement of expectations of stakeholders.
- Manage learning events to optimize resources, execute within budget, ensure achievement of learning and event objectives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business or Education is preferred. Any relevant Science or Arts Bachelor’s Degree can be considered.
- Completed trainings in Learning Design and Development or Instructional Design.
- At least 5 years as a Learning and Development practitioner, with significant, at least 3 years of experience specializing in Leadership development.
- End to end Learning Design and Development, at least proficient on the general functions of learning management systems.
- Strong ability in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Agile adopter of technology.
- Self-starter, strong customer and stakeholder orientation.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
