Title: Lead Data Architect
The Lead Data Architect oversees the creation and maintenance of the logical data model, ensuring that it accurately represents meaningful data from various source systems across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Awareness: Drive data impact aligned with strategic goals.
- Functional Expertise: Understand and leverage data applications across POS, eCommerce, Loyalty, Stores, Supply Chain, marketing, and inventory.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze data patterns, provide insights, and support leadership in answering business questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with business groups, insighters, source systems, platform owners, and project leaders to extract and deploy data value.
- Organization and Guidance: Collaborate with data engineers to guide integration and transformation for optimized structured data.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize data model for best practice and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in data architecture and modeling.
- Previous leadership experience in guiding data architecture teams.
- Extensive knowledge of data source systems, mapping, and correlation techniques.
- Strong understanding of data governance, integration, and transformation.
- Expertise in preparing, evaluating, and wrangling data for BI, analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions, negotiate solutions, and build consensus.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
