Data Workloads and Use Cases:

Analyze data workloads to recommend suitable technologies.

Stay current with emerging data technologies and trends.
Performance and Scalability:

Optimize data solutions for performance and scalability.

Implement strategies for enhanced system efficiency.
Recommendations and Long-Term Value:

Provide technology recommendations based on architectural principles.

Ensure long-term value through critical thinking and staying current with industry trends.
Documentation and Communication:

Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs.

Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 8-10 years of extensive experience in data architecture and solution design.
- Leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring data teams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in various data technologies, including databases, data warehouses, ETL processes, and big data.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong domain knowledge in customer analytics and digital applications.
- Competency in end-to-end data solutions design, including data modeling and governance.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a track record of successful data architecture projects.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
