Title:  Key Accounts Officer

The Key Accounts Officer is responsible to implement viable channels plans consistent to the customer experience of the Red Ribbon brand. He/she will manage and enhance operations of different business channels to drive sales growth, FSC consistency and profitability.

 

Channels and Sales Strategy Development Implementation

 

  • Conducts research studies that will help in designing and developing new channels format/s in response to changing customer needs and expectations.
  • Develops, implements, and resolves issues of pilot rollout of new business channels.
  • Develops short to medium-term action plans to grow the sales of assigned business channel/access/account.
  • Coordinates with Operations, Marketing and Finance in determining target allocation and execution of assigned business channel/s.
  • Monitors progress through coordination and follow-ups with accounts in order to realize the defined business strategies and sales objectives.
  • Development of new business channel/s
  • Actual financial monthly performance and other monitoring based on agreed targets.

 

Channels Operations Management

 

  • Collaborates with Restaurant Systems and other concerned units in developing/improving systems, processes, and procedures of assigned business channels.
  • Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance of assigned business channels, and accounts/ districts.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by identifying and understanding customer needs and recommends appropriate strategy and solution.
  • Processes and coordinates the accreditation and launch of new Web and App, Store Delivery aggregator, and other digital channels store enrollment and activations.

  • Manages operational concerns of non-cash payment channels
  • (Loyalty, credit cards, e-wallets & product/peso GC).

 

Key Accounts Management

  • Makes leads, closes sales, and oversees the execution of a transaction for institutional clients and key accounts. Networks with relevant industry associations to expand market coverage.
  • Manages and coordinates with major key accounts (ex. JKP, Institutional Selling).
  • Manages and coordinates with minor-key accounts including bulk orders, tie-up sales and RR product GCs.
  • Manages feedback from key accounts.

 

Organization Readiness

 

  • Coordinates training requirements for the full implementation of new procedures or new projects related to channels operations.
  • Provides inputs to Operations on the appropriate set-up including manpower requirements of stores which will be affected by channel format/s.
  • Represents or leads workgroups as needed.

 

Solid Profitability

  • Evaluates and computes financial matrix ensuring profit in all projects/accounts.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in related field of discipline

 

Education /Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any management, service-oriented and sciences courses.
    • Certification or attendance in digital commerce-related courses is a plus.
