Title:  Interior Design Senior manager

JFC’s Interior Design Senior Manager is responsible for the following:

 

Creative Leadership

  • Responsible for a diverse range of brand standards and guidelines across a portfolio of brands – experienced through multiple customer touchpoints, scaling from master planning, standalone building designs to signage and FF&E design
  • Ensuring brand look and feel and voice consistency throughout all the various brand expressions
  • Take a strong design stance, challenge the status quo, suggest constant design improvements in expression and execution
  • Think strategically and embody a deep empathy to customers both internally and externally
  • Deliver innovative direction and concepts that inspire the teams, the stakeholders to deliver forward thinking, creative ideas both conceptually and technically
  • Work closely with and support internal cross functions and external architectural and design consultancies to brainstorm, develop and create creative and practical design solutions, standards and guidelines, aligned with each brands’ differentiated mission and values and design principles.

 

Inspiring and Empathetic Leadership

  • A hands-on approach to support in the generation of innovative concepts and solutions from initial brainstorming, through to final execution
  • Manage and build relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure design quality and consistency
  • when appropriate, capable of coaching and immersing new approaches to design practice both internally and externally
  • Proactive and passionate about creating impactful customer experiences
  • Consult, review and advise on project pitches by internal teams and external agencies
  • Behave and embody the values of the company, grounded in creating joyful

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

  • Be responsible with internal and external resources, for the development of distinctly brand specific
  • Deliver impactful and thoughtful presentations that clearly articulate strategies and design direction
  • Be responsible and accountable for the process of the development of a diverse range of brand strategies, standards, and guidelines for a variety of brands
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with internal parties on the design execution details and creative process

Flexing Across Diverse Brand Expressions

  • From self-ordering kiosks to outdoor patio design, from branded architecture to drive thru technologies … oversight of all touchpoints cover a vast range of design, required to work together for a consistent customer experience
  • A self-driven motivation to investigate, explore and develop creative brand expressions which can enhance the customer and crew experience, while maintaining the consistency of brand expression, balanced with store economics, business and operational considerations
  • Passionate about all expressions of design, with a keen sense of curiosity, to learn understand and explore forthcoming design and technological trends in the industry and beyond

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of Architecture, Interior Architecture.
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in architectural / interior / brand consultancy.
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up)
