Title:  Interior Design Senior manager 1

The Business Channels Specialist is responsible to implement viable channels plans consistent to the customer experience of the Red Ribbon brand. He/she will manage and enhance operations of different business channels to drive sales growth, FSC consistency and profitability.

Channels Strategy & Implementation

  • Conduct research to design new channel formats aligned with customer needs.
  • Lead pilot rollout and resolve issues of new business channels.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance for execution and target setting.
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business strategies and sales goals.

 

Channels Operations Management

  • Track financial performance of assigned channels and accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through needs analysis and strategic solutions.
  • Manage accreditation and activation of REDS, delivery aggregators, chatbot, and digital channels.
  • Oversee non-cash payment channels and online product line-up.

 

Key Accounts Management

  • Lead sales and execution for institutional clients and key accounts.
  • Manage bulk orders, tie-ups, and product GC transactions.
  • Handle feedback and maintain strong client relationships.

 

Organization Readiness

  • Coordinate training and manpower requirements for new channel formats.
  • Provide operational inputs and lead workgroups as needed.

 

Profitability

  • Evaluate financial metrics to ensure profitability across projects and accounts.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing e-commerce initiatives, managing and overseeing business channels and key accounts.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid working set-up)
