Title:  IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring that a project is completed on time and within budget, meeting objectives and achieving desired results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Facilitate the development and acceptance of project objectives and business case.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals and requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, risks, and quality management.

Communication and Reporting

  • Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders through an effective communication strategy.

  • Communicate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalate when appropriate.

  • Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals and track resource hours used.

Resource Management

  • Identify and mobilize required resources, ensuring expectations are clear and met within project constraints.

  • Manage resources efficiently to ensure budget and project plan objectives are met.

  • Identify the need for additional staff or consultants and recommend to the PM.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Commerce, or related course.

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a complex IT environment.

  • Understanding of project management principles.

  • Ability to develop budgets and manage financial, physical, and human resources.

  • Knowledge of technology and information systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work setup).
