Title:  IT Infrastructure and Security Manager

The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager for Infrastructure, Operations, and Information Security, EMEAA shall be responsible in making sure the IT Infrastructure of country Main Offices, Commissaries, and Stores are running optimally. This person shall oversee service management – making sure all incidents are resolved, and service requests are completed on time and in full. This role shall be responsible in making sure all systems are secured by conducting due diligence and implementing Global BT’s best practices when it comes to information security.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

• Partners with the EMEAA Head of Digital and Technology to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise.
• Develops and implements comprehensive IT security strategies.

Standards, Governance, and Risk Management:

• Develops enterprise standards, technology architecture, and IT operations governance processes.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and best practices in application and network security.
• Conducts regular infrastructure and security audits, and risk assessments.

Service Management

• Oversees the delivery of service requests
• Responds to all incidents, especially security incidents, and manage incident response processes.
• Manages and maintains an inventory of all IT asset.

Project and Portfolio Management:

• Helps the Head of Digital and Technology and Product Managers in planning, managing, and implementing of IT infrastructure and information security projects.
• Ensures opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement are executed

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning:

• Develops, maintains, and manages comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations.
• Authors and maintains BCP (business continuity procedures).
• Leads in testing DR and BCP.

Vendor Management:

• Conducts product and vendor evaluations, manages strategic vendor partner relationships, and ensures best-in-class technologies.
• Reviews and approves vendor contracts.
• Oversees partner vendors of operations and information security.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitors service management, operations, and information security performance using key metrics and analytics, and makes data-driven decisions to optimize services being offered.
• Creates necessary reports and dashboards related to areas covered.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Information Security, Network Administration, or related areas are a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Information Security.
  • Proficient in using network management tools (e.g SolarWinds)
  • Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure and security operations.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws (preferred but not required).
  • Experience coordinating with cybersecurity vendors and local IT teams.
  • Exposure to disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and performance monitoring.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
