Title:  IT Deployment Operations Manager

The IT Deployment Operations Manager is responsible and accountable for the implementation of a structured post-launch support methodology through program life cycle that includes creation of project plan, deployment strategy and transition to operational support model.

• Ensures that deployment of infrastructure and digital workspace components are in compliance with company objectives.
• Manages the end to end solution for the deployment of product (software or hardware) from planning and solutions functions.
• Processes work orders for operations fulfillment, assurance and field operations organization.
• Ensures the correct and efficient deployment of infrastructure and digital workspace solutions, and validates the deployment procedures and projects including back-out plan to ensure adequacy to the customer’s particularities.
• Ensures that the organization’s release controls are documented and well understood by the Support Teams.
• Ensures that the architecture and infrastructure on which the product will be deployed are robust and stable.
• Validates that the product has been correctly packaged before deployment and ensures that all release controls have been satisfied in coordination with BT Operations team.
• Releases the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders where needed.
• Ensures a smooth hand-over of the solution/resource to Operations.
• Ensures that hardware and software are fully deployed, implemented and functioning thru an effective roll-out process which includes all IT-related systems, communication systems and in some cases, IT-driven security systems.
• Ensures accuracy of the inventory and database of infrastructure and digital workspace assets by implementing and maintaining programs and solutions that will keep track of all hardware & software assets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience doing IT operations works related to Hardware/Software deployment and IT Asset management.
• Has good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable on IT infrastructure, systems, network, security and architecture at the enterprise level.
• Certified on ITIL V3 Framework and Operating Support Analysis.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
