Title: IT Business Analyst
The IT Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development, enhancement, and success of products by contributing to the definition of product requirements, features, and functionalities. They ensure that products meet user needs while working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and stakeholders, to align on product requirements.
This role involves hands-on tasks such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), feedback gathering, documentation, product rollout, and post-launch monitoring. The Junior Product Manager facilitates UAT sessions, collects and analyzes user feedback, maintains product documentation, and assists in the planning and execution of product rollouts.
Beyond launch, they monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and ensure continuous product evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support

Assist in defining requirements, features, and functionalities for the assigned product.

Document and communicate product requirements to relevant teams.

Provide input on product design and functionality based on user needs and industry trends.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Facilitation

Define and document UAT test cases with business and technical stakeholders.

Organize and coordinate UAT sessions, ensuring user feedback is collected and addressed.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements.
Product Rollout and Launch Support

Assist in planning and executing product rollout strategies with minimal disruptions.

Coordinate with relevant teams to align on product strategy and updates.

Support and participate in training initiatives for internal teams and users.

Provide first-level support and troubleshooting before escalating issues.

Ensure all teams are informed about changes and upcoming product releases.
Product Documentation Maintenance

Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.

Ensure that documentation is clear, accessible, and regularly updated.

Work with relevant teams to improve documentation quality.
User Feedback Collection and Analysis

Gather structured and unstructured feedback from users through interviews, analytics, and other methods.

Analyze user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.

Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user feedback collection.

Experience in product rollout, including planning, execution, and tracking.

Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
