Title: HRIS SAP SuccessFactors Manager
The HRIS SAP SuccessFactors Manager is responsible for providing functional, transactional, and operational assistance to all SuccessFactors (SF) end-users (HR, people managers, processors, admins, and process owners) surrounding all SF modules that Jollibee Group (Global) is utilizing i.e. but not limited to Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance and Goals Management, Succession and Development, Learning, People Analytics (Story Reports) and Compensation.
The role acts as SF super admin and helps in governing HR systems, data, and processes within the Global HRIS function while providing support to different stakeholders.
The role is also expected to work closely with Global HR COEs, Regional/Country HR, JWS HR Services and Business Technology (BT) team on role-based permissions (RBP), system & data issues (Incident Management), service request (SR), change requests (CR), and system enhancements/product releases.
As the overall HR system and data owner, this role is expected to collaborate/coordinate with different functions on different projects that impact or need integration with employee master data.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Support

Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) that provides functional, transactional, and operational support/assistance to SuccessFactors (SF) end-users of Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goal (PMGM), Succession & Development (S&D), Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment (RCM, RMK), Onboarding (ONB), People Analytics, and Compensation (COMP).

Leading/managing the cascade of SF product releases semi-annually.

Helping maintain data and performing actions in SF that require admin/elevated access (e.g., Job Profiles in Job Profile Builder (JPB), rerouting of PMS forms, editing manpower requisition (MR) details, etc.).
Documentation
-
Creating and maintaining process documentation – Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Knowledge Articles (KAs)/reference guides, Business Requirement Specification Documents (BRS), and other presentation materials.
Case Management and Issue Resolution

Managing, monitoring, and resolving tickets (incidents and service requests) assigned to the HRIS resolver group in WeCare (ServiceNow) following defined SLAs and TATs.

Identifying change requests (CR) and leading the business requirement gathering as a prerequisite for BRS creation.
HR Reports & Analytics

Designing custom reports using SF Story Report (People Analytics) to meet end-users’ requirements.

Developing a global HR dashboard based on the requirements and alignment with other COEs and process owners.
HR Data Quality

Ensuring data quality, integrity, accuracy, and timeliness by establishing an audit mechanism (e.g., periodic audit reports) based on common data issues.

Designing other initiatives to improve JFC Group’s data quality management.
HR Data Catalogue/Dictionary

Designing and maintaining a Global HR Data Catalogue/dictionary as part of the one-stop shop for HR system and data users.

Ensuring that terminologies, definitions, processes, and workflows are up to date based on global standards.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, IT, or any IT/Business-related courses.
Experience
-
At least 7 years of work experience in the HR function and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in an HRIS/HRIT operations/support role.

Knowledge and experience as support for at least three (3) SAP SuccessFactors modules, preferably Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Succession Development.

Experience in HR analytics, i.e., creating HR reports and dashboards using SF Story Reports, or any analytics tool (e.g., Tableau).

Experience in using ServiceNow to manage tickets.

Experience working across multiple functions/groups and geographies.

Experience in managing sensitive/confidential information.

Experience in change management activities (e.g., training/workshops, communications, etc.).

Experience leading or being part of an HR system implementation project.
License/Certification/Training

SAP SuccessFactors Modules Accreditation preferred but not required.
