Title: HR Specialist (Talent Management)
The HR Specialist (Talent Management) provides significant support to the Talent Management unit through the development, improvement, and implementation of initiatives or programs focused on performance management, competency management, talent and succession management and accelerate/ advancement programs. It is geared towards ensuring that the company is able to build its talent pipeline by getting the right people at the right seats to deliver on top business priorities and create a sustainable organization that develops the next generation of leadership. The position incumbent will ensure that the Talent Management programs and projects are anchored to the organization's strategy, vision, values, and desired culture.

Responsibilities:

Supports the development of the organization's talent management framework through activities such as but not limited to the following: workforce planning, data analytics, talent review and calibration, performance management implementation, competency management and assessment and accelerated programs management.

Identifies the appropriate metrics and scales in the implementation of the performance management system at the individual level, and ensures alignment with the overall business KPIs

Monitors and evaluates the systemwide implementation of the PMS, addresses concerns of the account HR Business Partners (HRBPs), generates reports from SAP-SF, identifies gaps, generates insights on collected data and recommends action plans when needed

Collaborates with HRBPs in the periodic assessment of workforce requirements to business objectives

Co-develops a workforce plan and determines the talent strategies to deliver on the workforce demand; monitors implementation of talent strategies and provides support to HRBPs when needed; assesses the effectiveness of talent strategies and initiatives, and pivots as necessary

Implements the Talent Review process through cascade and orientation of the process and related materials to HRBPs for alignment, participates in the calibration sessions, and gathers feedback to identify areas for improvement (AFI); develops recommendations to address gaps and AFIs

Reviews the Talent Review data in SAP-SF to check for accuracy and completeness; generates 9-box and succession reports, assesses data and identifies findings for development planning; maintains a database of historical talent segmentation of assigned positions/ levels

Develops the career and competency maps for Officers and below, and designs assessment tools to measure proficiency levels against required proficiency level for assigned positions; co-identifies the competency requirements of assigned positions with the OD group to align with the job and organization designs

Manages the career advancement and accelerated program for the BU for assigned position levels through collaboration with Global/Regional TM and BU HRBPs

Develops and implements talent management initiatives to ensure a sufficient supply of talent for assigned levels, development to build individuals’ readiness to achieve organizational, current role, and aspirational objectives, and succession management to develop and elevate talent over time

Keeps track and reports on the progress of assigned programs and initiatives, and develops follow through action plans as needed to ensure goal achievement

Keeps abreast with best practices in talent management through maintaining of partnerships and building of network in the OD community

Collaborates with the Talent Development unit in exploring, developing and providing knowledge management and development opportunities that will create a sustainable organization that also develops the next generation of leaders
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the development, improvement and implementation of talent management (TM) initiatives, programs or projects focused on the performance management, competency management, talent and succession management, workforce planning and accelerated/ advancement programs management
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work set-up).
