Title: HR Specialist (Business Partnering)
The HR Specialist (Business Partnering) will provide various HR support services to all employees in the Commissary to help them achieve business objectives and sustain business growth through people.
Organization Architecture
Talent Supply Planning Responsibility
- Ensures completeness of documentation needed for the workforce plan.
- Summarizes identified gaps in the workforce plan and the appropriate talents to fill those gaps.
- Searches for partners to support talent supply.
Performance and Competency Management
- Ensures completeness of documentation for the development/review of job competency matrices.
- Facilitates Job Competency Assessments for assigned units.
Talent Acquisition and People Development
Assessment & Selection
- Conducts interviews for potential candidates for required positions.
- Monitors and ensures the timely execution of the recruitment process.
- Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure the timely and proper onboarding of new employees for assigned accounts.
Learning Design and Development
- Ensures completeness of training records and documentation.
- Coordinates with training providers based on account requirements.
Employee Relations
- Leads employee relations (ER) programs and ensures compliance and active involvement from assigned accounts.
- Assesses the engagement level of assigned accounts and proposes programs to improve it.
- Ensures the active participation of assigned accounts in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Labor Relations
- Provides guidance to line managers on the effective and consistent implementation of the company’s Code of Conduct for cases within scope.
- Ensures complete documentation when implementing disciplinary actions.
- Participates in government-led learning initiatives related to labor laws and their implementation.
HR Financials
- Proposes programs within the allotted budget.
- Monitors expenses related to the department’s operational needs and the implementation of programs.
Compliance
- Complies with company policies, rules, and regulations on discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, quality schemes, safety, and other company-wide policies.
Others
- Performs other job-related or expertise-related assignments to support operational efficiency and contribute to self-development.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related courses
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a food manufacturing plant handling account management
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
