Title:  HR Manager

 

The HR (Business Partner) Manager will serve as a strategic business partner for its Metro Manila Regional Business Unit (RBU). This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a passion for employee engagement, and a solid background in labor relations. The HR Manager will support more than 200 store team employees and interface with franchisees, Managing Directors, and General Managers.

 

  • Acts as a business partner to the Metro Manila RBU, providing strategic HR support and guidance.
  • Leads employee engagement initiatives and fosters a positive workplace culture.
  • Manages labor relations and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Collaborates with leadership teams and franchise partners to address HR-related concerns.
  • Supervises two direct reports and support the development of store-level teams up to Senior Manager/Area Manager level.
  • Participates in occasional events and activities as part of the hybrid work setup.
  • After one year, transition to support the Commissary (Sucat) operations with increased on-site presence.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields (open to other courses).
  • Must have at least 1–2 years of managerial experience in HR business partnering.
  • Strong background in employee engagement, labor relations, talent management, and operations management.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup) and eventually in Sucat, Muntinlupa (4x/week onsite).
