Title:  HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will provide development, integration, and delivery of the management of human resources strategies for the assigned district/division to support business objectives, resulting to achievement of organizational strength. 

  

Employee Relations 

  • Partners with accounts in creating localized engagement programs based on company direction, existing HR policies and mandates and account need(s) 

  • Leads the execution of company-wide engagement programs to operations where the extent of the level of execution depends on the HR direction and mandate. 

 

Labor Relations 

  • Audits store compliance to labor standards and recommends the actions to take to address gaps, if there’s any, resulting to a positive labor relation 

  • Provides advice on labor-related concerns 

  • Facilitates due process for disciplinary action 

  • Guides accounts in identifying initiatives that build harmonious relationship 

  • Participates in labor management council through development and implementation of people program and initiatives for union enhancing the partnership and collaboration between union and management 

 

Talent Management 

  • Assists account in ensuring sustainable productivity through structure completion 

  • Supports in creating a talent pool for recruitment through activities such as but not limited to the following: organized talent acquisition events and digital recruitment 

  • Facilitates talent assessment and calibration to segment talents and identify key talents for succession planning and provide data useful for people development strategies 

  • Provides guidance to account in planning the appropriate talent management activities addressing talent management issues and concerns such as career development, succession planning, promotion, performance management, etc. 

  • Ensures operations conformance to the set HR employment program policies and guidelines for store which includes partnering with schools 

  • Compensation and Benefits 

  • Provides advice and transactional support to account on compensation and benefits policy implementation to ensure uniform and correct implementation across operations 

  • Gives feedback to immediate supervisor regarding possible concerns and implications of a compensation and benefits strategy and its implementation to operations 

 

Project Management 

  • Leads or supports HR projects or programs impacting the overall HR strategy 

  • Administrative and Other Tasks 

  • Ensures employee movement are captured and tagged timely in SAP 

  • Prepares reports based on the standard HR metrics to be monitored 

  • Ensures store teams are guided in the implementation of the strategic employment program 

  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related courses. 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR business partnering. 

  • Knowledgeable in several facets of HR such as but not limited to: Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Project Management. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Must be willing to perform fieldwork for store visits and ocular inspections 

  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
