Title: HR Business Partner (Employee Engagement)
The HR Business Partner (Employee Engagement) is responsible for the development and implementation of organizational development and engagement
activities and initiatives in the SBU. He/she will be leading the execution of interventions that will drive the
organization’s overall performance and effectiveness, including talent and performance management,
employee engagement, and culture-building.
Talent and Performance Management
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners to ensure completion of Talent Management activities including Talent Reviews and Succession Planning.
- Partners with HR Business Partners and L&D to ensure effective implementation of talent development and improvement interventions such as Individual Development Plan, Talent Key Actions, and Performance Improvement Plan.
- Manages the performance management system within the SBU, overseeing the activities for each PMS cycle from goal setting to performance review.
- Serves as the SBU’s liaison with Region and Global HR for the implementation of Talent and Performance Management strategies. Elevates SBU concerns and recommends improvements in the process, as needed.
Employee Engagement
- Leads the annual employee engagement survey in the SBU, working with HR Business Partners to ensure completion of activities from pre-survey (org mapping and campaigning), survey period (monitoring of response rate), until post-survey (results cascade and action planning).
- Ensures implementation of organization-wide employee engagement initiatives, and recommends improvements in the design and execution, as needed.
- Oversees the end-to-end management (i.e., from conceptualization to post-event survey) of organization-wide events (e.g., National Convention, Service Awards).
- Crafts internal communication materials such as employee newsletter, memos, and announcements.
Culture Development and Management
- Evaluates and recommends the institutionalization of the right organizational culture for the SBU that will lead to an effective business performance.
- Assesses structures, norms, and behaviors in the organization. Recommends changes or improvements to ensure that they are able to support the delivery of the SBU’s vision and strategies.
- Initiates the implementation of culture-building and sustaining initiatives, and recommends improvements, as needed.
Change Management
- Provides support to leaders and their teams to ensure successful execution of change management initiatives.
- Drafts communication plans to effectively communicate changes to the organization/concerned employees.
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or function, with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Culture Development, Program Design, and Events Management
- Preferably with experience in similar industry, but not required
- Experience with Canva or other graphic editing tools is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
