Title: Graphics Design Manager (Multimedia & Graphics)
A multi-disciplinary creative, for a multi-brand, global F&B company – that can work and lead, independently and collaboratively, with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams. Motivated by a passion for design and brands, to guide, create, design and develop creative solutions, proactively responding to market demands and brand led initiatives / projects / programmes.
Specifically responsible for the creation, standardisation and guardianship of strategic principles, creative, design and production assets to support brand led initiatives / projects / programmes, including the development of branding, brand and customer facing communications. A hands-on and resourceful attitude, keen to make a positive impact on our team, our work and our customers / clients. An ability to independently manage communication from sketch to execution.

Creative Leadership
- Responsible for a diverse range of brand visual identity assets across a portfolio of brands – expressed through multiple customer touchpoints, from product promotions to packaging, menu board design to social media
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing executions
- Take a strong design stance, challenge the status quo, suggest constant design improvements in art direction and execution
- Think strategically and embody a deep empathy to customers both internally and externally deliver innovative direction and concepts that inspire the teams, the stakeholders to deliver forward thinking, creative ideas both conceptually and technically
- work closely with and support marketing team to brainstorm, develop and create creative contents aligned with the brand image

- Manage and build relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure design quality and consistency

Clear Visual Communication
- Be responsible with internal and external resources, for the development visually compelling creative assets for a variety of brands
- Deliver impactful and thoughtful presentations that clearly articulate strategies and direction
- Be responsible in the process of the development of a diverse range of brand creative assets for a variety of brands communicate and collaborate closely with internal parties on the design execution details and creative process
Flexing Across Diverse Creative Brand Expressions
- From hand-crafted typography to social media feeds, an ability to investigate and develop a range of potential of creative brand expressions
- passionate about design, with a keen sense to learn, understand and explore forthcoming brand trends and art direction
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience and leadership roles in Graphic Design, Advertising or Website Design
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in digital and 3D software will be a plus
- Internet savvy, keen interest in internet marketing and social media
- Presentation of an outstanding portfolio, color and typography design
- Proficiency in English is a requirement
- Some proficiency in Tagalog, Mandarin and / or Cantonese would be a plus but not a pre-requisite
Training/License/ Certification
- Design thinking practice certifications – for example IDEOU, LUMA
