Title:  Franchising and Business Development Officer

 

Franchising and Business Development Officer is primarily responsible for the monitoring and follow-through of franchise-related policies, systems and procedures, which includes Recruitment & Selection, Service Agreement and other policies/systems that would ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Franchisee Management Systems. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Franchise Agreement Policy Monitoring:

  • Formulates and updates policies in line with franchising agreements.
  • Collaborates with Legal Department on technical aspects of Franchisee Contracts.
  • Coordinates comprehensive onboarding for new franchisees.

 

Policy Compliance Monitoring:

  • Ensures franchisees comply with 67% voting rights of the principal.

 

Franchise Relations Building & Maintenance:

  • Facilitates franchise application process in collaboration with operations.
  • Manages franchise renewal process and monitors business disclosures.
  • Builds and maintains positive relations among franchisees.
  • Monitors and manages franchisee performance and database.

 

Franchisee Monitoring:

  • Conducts annual Franchise Business Review and quarterly Operations Review.
  • Manages documentation and processes related to disenfranchisement.

 

Franchise-Related Events Management:

  • Plans, develops, and executes internal events and programs.
  • Manages logistical details and monitors budget for company-wide events.

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Performs additional tasks to support operational efficiency and personal development.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of a Marketing, Business Management, or any related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in franchising business, internal communications field and events management
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig, Ortigas (hybrid working set-up).
