Title:  Franchising Officer

Franchising Officer is responsible for managing the franchise selection process, ensures legal and franchise policy compliance design, and maintenance and proper execution of systems and processes for effective franchise relations.

 

Franchise Administration

  • Manage franchise group tracking systems and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate franchising events and activities.

 

Franchise Selection

  • Handle franchisee assessment, evaluation, and selection.
  • Respond to inquiries and monitor application cycle time to ensure timely resolution.

 

Policy Management

  • Review and recommend updates to franchise systems and policies.
  • Ensure consistent policy execution and legal compliance.
  • Generate reports and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment.

 

Franchise Relations

  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners through engagement programs.
  • Implement systems to address franchise concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage communication channels for timely updates and information sharing.
  • Support franchise-related programs to enhance satisfaction.

 

Franchise Development

  • Develop and manage franchisee evaluation, training, and certification.
  • Monitor franchisee performance and support operational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to ensure quality standards in franchised operations.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of any Business Management or any related program or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in organizations with franchise set-up; previous working relations with franchisees, managing directors and group managers an advantage.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in franchising, policy development, and partner engagement is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up).
