Title: Franchising Officer
This Franchising Officer is responsible for the maintenance and proper execution of systems and processes for effective franchise relations. The person holding this position is also responsible for ensuring proper documentation of the franchise agreement.
This position is also responsible in building positive relationship between the Franchisor and Franchisee to achieve business growth.

QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Marketing
Experience: At least two (2) years work experience in Store Operations and/or HR; or three (3) years work experience in organizations with franchise set-up in the same capacity;
Previous working relations with franchisees is a MUST.
