Title:  Finance Specialist - Transformation (Pasig)

 

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for the following functions:

 

  • identifies opportunities for internal control improvements and system enhancements.
  • Coordinates internal control improvements and process transformation projects with various stakeholders across the company.
  • Assists in developing the company’s internal control policies and procedures and process documents including, but not limited to, manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, SOP, etc...
  • Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements.
  • Performs regular review of timeliness and accuracy of material master data.
  • Works closely with stakeholders in ensuring process improvements and systems are compliant with Company policies and procedures and on material master data governance.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
  • With at least 1-3 years of work experience in process improvement and program/project management (shared services).
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to report on a hybrid work set-up either in Ortigas Pasig.
