Title:  Finance & Admin Specialist

The Finance and Admin Specialist is responsible for providing assistance in implementing the Jollibee Group Foundation’s financial and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations. 

  • Financial Management: Handles accounts payable and receivable, processes invoices, reconciles accounts, ensures accurate input of financial records, and coordinates with the team and departments for timely fund releases using a computerized finance system.

  • Supplier Management: Communicates with suppliers and partner organizations to facilitate required documents and ensure timely fund disbursement.

  • Administrative Operations: Manages correspondence, meetings, and office supplies; coordinates cost-efficient service providers for logistics needs; and provides admin support for day-to-day operations and special projects.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any course
  • At least 3 years of finance & admin experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications

  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy in handling and recording information

  • Able to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and changing circumstances

  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up)
