Title: Facilities Planning and Performance Officer
Job Summary:
The Facilities Planning and Performance Officer is responsible for portfolio-level planning, performance monitoring, and governance across all commissary sites in Luzon. This role consolidates site-level data, ensures compliance, and provides management with actionable insights to guide decision-making on capital planning, projects, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain capital replacement and lifecycle plans.

Consolidate site budgets, spend, and savings data; provide actionable insights.

Track project milestones, contract obligations, and performance metrics.

Monitor compliance trends (safety, GMP, regulatory) and escalate recurring gaps.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision-making.

Support standardization of facilities management processes across sites.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years in Facilities Management, Project Management, or portfolio-level operations.

Experience in multi-site operations preferred.

Must have Professional license (Engineer, Architect, or Facilities Management)

Strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting, project tracking, and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Knowledge of compliance, contract governance, and regulatory requirements in facilities, safety, or GMP environments.
