Title:  Facilities Planning and Performance Officer

Job Summary:
The Facilities Planning and Performance Officer is responsible for portfolio-level planning, performance monitoring, and governance across all commissary sites in Luzon. This role consolidates site-level data, ensures compliance, and provides management with actionable insights to guide decision-making on capital planning, projects, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain capital replacement and lifecycle plans.

  • Consolidate site budgets, spend, and savings data; provide actionable insights.

  • Track project milestones, contract obligations, and performance metrics.

  • Monitor compliance trends (safety, GMP, regulatory) and escalate recurring gaps.

  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision-making.

  • Support standardization of facilities management processes across sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years in Facilities Management, Project Management, or portfolio-level operations.

  • Experience in multi-site operations preferred.

  • Must have Professional license (Engineer, Architect, or Facilities Management)

  • Strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting, project tracking, and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

  • Knowledge of compliance, contract governance, and regulatory requirements in facilities, safety, or GMP environments.
