Title: Facilities Planning & Performance Officer
The Facilities Planning and Performance Officer is responsible for portfolio-level planning, performance monitoring, and governance across all commissary sites in Luzon. This role consolidates site-level data, ensures compliance, and provides management with actionable insights to guide decision-making on capital planning, projects, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain capital replacement and lifecycle plans.
- Consolidate site budgets, spend, and savings data; provide actionable insights.
- Track project milestones, contract obligations, and performance metrics.
- Monitor compliance trends (safety, GMP, regulatory) and escalate recurring gaps.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision-making.
- Support standardization of facilities management processes across sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in Facilities Management, Project Management, or portfolio-level operations.
- Experience in multi-site plant operations .
- Must have Professional license (Engineer or Architect, )
- Strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting, project tracking, and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Knowledge of compliance, contract governance, and regulatory requirements in facilities, safety, or GMP environments.
- Willing to do field work
