Title:  Facilities Management Team Leader (Pasig)

The Facilities Management Team Leader is responsible for leading the day-to-day maintenance and operation of JFC's facilities and support services. This is being accomplished through Key Result areas of Facilities Management, Office Support Services Administration, Capacity planning, Project Management, and Program Management.
Facilities Management

  • Prepare and implement facilities maintenance plans.
  • Assess and recommend manpower needs.
  • Monitor and report service levels (SLAs) regularly.
  • Inspect facilities and lead repairs and maintenance.

Support Services Administration

  • Implement office support services for strategic business units.
  • Review and resolve support service operations.
  • Implement quality systems and latest technologies.

Service Level Management

  • Assess and manage vendor SLA contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Monitor vendor contract adherence.

Customer Relations Management

  • Respond to customer feedback and improve services.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Delegate tasks to address issues.
  • Discuss SLA performance with vendors monthly.

Financial Management

  • Monitor and report monthly budgets.
  • Initiate process improvements.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures.

Project Management

  • Lead capacity planning and space expansion projects.
  • Assist in project management and implementation.
  • Inspect and turnover completed projects.

Program Management

  • Coordinate and support program rollouts.
  • Conduct project evaluations and report findings.
  • Develop innovative solutions and ensure compliance.
  • Implement safety measures and oversee emergency response.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably BSEE or BSME).
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or property management.
  • Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in facilities, project, program, and customer relations management.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig.
