Title:  Employee Wellbeing Manager

 

The Employee Wellbeing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee well-being strategies, focusing on mental health and initiatives to promote overall physical and social well-being and employee engagement initiatives for JFC Philippines. The role will manage and promote country-wide programs to provide support to employees in the following areas: Employee Assistance Programs, Volunteerism, Emergency Response, Wellbeing Training, and Workplace Initiatives, as applicable.

 

  • Assess employee needs through surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to identify well-being and engagement priorities.

  • Set strategic goals for well-being and engagement programs aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Design and implement holistic programs addressing physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as employee engagement.

  • Collaborate on inclusive policies with Global Total Rewards to support diverse employee needs.

  • Develop detailed implementation plans with clear timelines, milestones, and responsibilities for each initiative.

  • Promote programs actively and coordinate with HRBPs to ensure high participation and smooth execution.

  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes using metrics like participation rates, feedback, and performance indicators.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and advocate for well-being and engagement across the organization.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships to support program delivery and resource allocation.

  • Report insights and benchmark data to leadership, providing recommendations and integrating best practices.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related fields.

  • Must have 7-10 years in a progressive capacity and with experience in Wellbeing and Engagement.

  • Must have experience in developing and managing projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Ability to align well-being and engagement initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
