Title:  Employee Engagement Officer

 The Employee Engagement Officer is responsible for supporting the Culture & Strategy Management Unit through its contribution to the development, alignment, and implementation of tools, programs, and processes that impact overall organizational culture, communication strategy, and business strategy.

 

Responsibilities:
 

Culture Development and Program Implementation

  • Designs frameworks and interventions aligned with the business strategy.

  • Supports new engagement solutions, tools, and processes.

  • Encourages employee participation in engagement programs.

  • Collaborates with other units to gather and analyze engagement data.

  • Conducts research on culture development best practices.

Employee Relations

End-to-End Event Management

  • Plans and organizes strategy cascades, rewards events, and work-life balance activities.

  • Coordinates with suppliers and manages purchase orders.

  • Develops guidelines and policies for event management.

  • Maintains records of events and participants.

Employee Communications

  • Creates communication materials related to organizational changes.

  • Manages performance management and engagement communications.

Strategy Management

  • Supports organizational performance improvement strategies.

  • Assists in strategic planning for engagement and change management.

  • Conducts research and benchmarking on industry trends.

Others

  • Performs additional tasks or assignments to support the division/department’s objectives.

Job Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience

  • At least four (4 ) years in Human Resources handling employee engagement and or organizational development/effectiveness.

Work Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork.
