Title:  Employee Engagement Officer

 

The Employee Engagement Officer is responsible for supporting the Culture & Strategy Management Unit through its contribution to the development, alignment, and implementation of tools, programs, and processes that impact overall organizational culture, communication strategy, and business strategy.

 

  • Culture Development & Program Implementation
    • Design frameworks and interventions aligned with business strategy
    • Support engagement tools, solutions, and processes
    • Promote employee participation in engagement initiatives
    • Collaborate on engagement data collection and analysis
    • Research best practices in culture development

 

  • Employee Relations & Event Management
      • Plan and execute strategy cascades, rewards, and wellness events
      • Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement
      • Develop event guidelines and maintain documentation

 

  • Employee Communications

    • Create materials for organizational changes and initiatives
    • Manage communications for performance and engagement programs

 

  • Strategy Management

    • Support performance improvement and strategic planning
    • Conduct industry research and benchmarking

 

  • Other Duties

    • Perform additional tasks to support departmental goals

 

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.

  • With at least four (4) years in Human Resources handling employee engagement and organizational development/effectiveness functions.

  • Must be willing to conduct offsite field work as required.

  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas Pasig.
