POSITION DETAILS
Global Executive Search Operations

Develop traditional and non-traditional search strategies and perform end-to-end recruitment activities for global executive Jollibee Group requirements

Deliver on talent acquisition timeliness and quality targets, SLAs and metrics

Partner with Regional Business Leaders, Regional HR Heads and Regional/Country TA teams to fulfill executive talent requirements

Drive talent mapping activities for critical positions in other regions

Identify and understand industry trends, regional and global events affecting select candidate markets.
Vendor Account and Performance Management

Build and maintain relationships with global and regional executive search firms and other external vendors and partners (i.e. background check companies, talent consultancy companies)

Drive vendor performance monitoring process for external vendor and partners. Establish vendor qualification and performance standards, determine vendor SLAs and metrics, monitor and track vendor performance via dashboards and lead annual review and audit of vendor performance.

Negotiate with and manage global and regional vendor and partner contracts.
Global Executive Strategic Sourcing and Talent Mapping

Identify potential passive candidates for executive level positions, supported by candidate and market intelligence gathering
Executive Candidate Relationship Management

Design, create and execute candidate relationship management strategy and process – establish and ensure ongoing relationships with top candidates

Create candidate pipelines of talent pools in anticipation of future openings for executive, critical, and hard-to-fill positions

Partner with Global TM/Regional HR Heads to understand and anticipate external demand for key talent
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree graduate

Extensive work experience in executive and C-level recruitment

Demonstrable experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives

Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (i.e. CRM, social networks)

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
-
Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates as well as with internal teams and external partners
