Title:  Digital Workplace Architect

The Digital Workplace Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the organization's digital workplace strategy and solutions. This role focuses on enhancing employee productivity, collaboration, and user experience through modern workplace technologies and platforms.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the Digital Workplace Architect translates business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. The role drives the evolution of the digital workplace ecosystem, ensures alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards, and delivers solutions that support both global objectives and regional business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Workplace Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital workplace strategy aligned with the organization's global goals, incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices specific to each region.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect digital workplace solutions tailored to the unique needs of each region, including collaboration tools, cloud-based applications, and mobile technologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in the design, selection, and implementation of digital workplace solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-friendly across all regions.
  • Requirements Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party vendors and solutions that align with business needs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure digital workplace solutions in each region adhere to regional security, compliance, and data privacy standards. Implement and maintain security best practices.
  • Integration: Develop integration strategies and oversee the integration of various systems, applications, and platforms within the digital workplace across all regions.
  • User Training and Support: Collaborate with the IT Ops teams in developing enablement programs and materials to ensure users are proficient in utilizing digital workplace tools.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for each region, including architecture diagrams, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Project Management: Manage digital workplace projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years in IT with 3-5 years experience as a solution architect or a similar role, with a focus on digital workplace solutions in a global context.
  • Strong knowledge of collaboration tools, cloud technologies, mobile device management.
  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work setup)
