Title:  Digital Data Analytics Senior Manager

The Digital Data Analytics Senior Manager will drive actionable insights and measure the performance of digital initiatives related to marketing, advertising, third-party partners, and consumer insights. As a Digital Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance and effectiveness of various digital channels and campaigns, providing valuable insights to optimize marketing strategies, enhance consumer engagement, and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations. This person interacts with global, regional, and brand heads of Digital, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Performance analysis and effectiveness of various digital channels and campaigns.

  • ROI maximization.

  • Consumer engagement enhanced through data-driven strategies.

  • Support A/B tests and experimentation.

 

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and use of data manipulation tools.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital platforms such as GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketing Technologies.

  • Experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and value attainment of strategic initiatives.

  • Work in agile and cross-functional teams.

Training/License/Certification

  • Marketing and Data Analysis Certifications would be considered.
