Title:  Demand Planning Manager

The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate demand forecasts. The expertise in demand planning will help optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer demands.

 

  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather input and align on demand forecasts.
  • Monitors and analyzes demand patterns to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Works closely with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet demand.
  • Improves forecasting accuracy through data analysis, process enhancements, and technology utilization.
  • Communicates demand forecasts and insights to cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making.
  • Leads S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to review demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in demand planning.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Industrial/Management Engineering, or related field. 
  • With 3-5 years of proven work experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • With excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • With the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Preferably with supervisory or managerial experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG industries.
  • Preferably knowledge of Power BI/Anaplan, demand planning software or ERP systems.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up at Ortigas, Pasig.
