Title: Delivery and Loyalty Senior Manager
Delivery & Loyalty Senior Manager will lead the team to achieve the long and short-term sales and brand objectives of the assigned business. S/he will drive the brand agenda and provide direction in the development and implementation of platform ideas, innovations, promotions, advertising, media, merchandising, PR and digital campaigns, and facilitates issue resolution with internal and external project partners. S/he guides the team to ensure successful execution of campaigns that will help grow the Delivery Channel and Jollibee’s loyalty program’s market share and to continuously improve Brand Health metrics.
Brand Marketing Planning and Performance Management
- Creates the vision for the platforms and identifies strategies/directions to achieve its long and short term sales and brand goals.
- Validates issues and explores opportunities in the Delivery Channel and provides guidance in the development of marketing programs to ensure that these will drive sales and market share growth; develops action plans when needed to improve program effectiveness.
- Reviews the marketing plan of each platform to ensure alignment to the overall Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) and its vision; recommends marketing programs and projects to tap potential market opportunities.
- Oversees the business' marketing performance of the Delivery Channel based on the sales targets, marketing calendar, budget and programs' adherence to policies and standards.
- Analyzes consumer research data including competitor products/services performance and utilizes these for Delivery Channels’ strategy and program development.
Store Activations and Promotions Management
- Drives the successful execution of all activations and promotions of Delivery Channel and Jollibee Loyalty program to support achievement of target sales data; assesses post-evaluation analyses and recommendations and guides the Managers in the development of action plans when needed.
- Influences key stakeholders for engagement to ensure seamless implementation of promos and activations (including the Franchise Advisory Council).
- Aligns NKAG-related promotions with brand equity and Delivery Channel’s strategy
Advertising and Merchandising
- Sets the direction of the campaign for the Delivery Channel and Loyalty program based on vision, goals and BMP.
- Reviews assessments made from campaign performance post-evaluation, identifies opportunities or lessons learned; develops action plans when needed.
- Assesses campaign briefs against Corporate Marketing guidelines (marketing policy, brand visual identity and other brand-related mandatories) and provides inputs and recommendations
Financial Analysis, Budget Management and Demand Planning
- Controls marketing expenditures related to assigned platforms and ensures plans and activities are implemented within agreed schedules, budgets and its corresponding target achievement.
- Determines priorities and identifies the right strategies for optimal A&P allocation based on sales contribution and potential.
- Communicates and negotiates effectively with advertising agencies, media agencies and other third parties outside of the company by optimizing benefits for the company and minimizing costs related to the transactions being negotiated.
- Sets the target sales growth for the platforms and reviews forecast per project to ensure it fulfills the sales goal; advises managers to adjust when needed.
- Defines the gross margin (GM) to ensure profitability for bundles and promotions (esp. for JKM)
Brand Digital Commerce Management
- Acts as the Marketing Representative/SPOC for digital commerce initiatives led by the Digital Commerce and Customer Loyalty Division (DCCL).
- Provides direction on the design elements and content of the Jollibee websites (specific to Delivery Channel) in coordination with DCCL.
- Leverages on DCCL technology enablers to achieve Delivery Channel Sales and Market Share Growth
Loyalty Program
- Develops national loyalty strategies as aligned with business directions and assesses performance against set KPIs and targets.
- Oversees the development and management of the loyalty program.
- Reviews and monitors performance of loyalty programs and calibrates strategies when needed.
- Plays the role of conduit between SBU Marketing and RBU Marketing organizations, and the franchisees for loyalty program and brand activations; develops a systematic communication process to support this role
People Management and Development
- Organizes the department and selects candidates who are best qualified to deliver on the functional mandate.
- Creates the Succession Plan for the direct reports (DRs) to ensure business continuity vis-à-vis employee development.
- Conducts performance evaluation of direct reports.
- Creates the direct reports’ development plans based on competency assessment and individual performance; implements/monitors the achievement of developmental objectives or milestones
- Identifies key talents (KTs) among direct reports; develops a career plan for direct reports who are identified as key talents.
- Drives participation of the team to employee engagement programs; develops action plans to address employee engagement issues.
- Facilitates employee issue resolution and implements the disciplinary action process when needed.
- Serves as SME for training-related needs and other projects requiring his/her expertise
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
- Post-graduate degree is an advantage.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Advertising, preferably at least 2 years leading a category.
- Must have an experience in developing and launching an advertising or integrated marketing campaign, e-commerce and new toy concept launches.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite per week)
