Title: Data Management Officer
The Data Management Officer will lead and manage solutions and operations for the Master Data Management & Quality Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of business requirements, with the ability to propose flexible and robust solutions that align with best practices and the company’s technology roadmap. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations and the implementation of projects related to master data management, data quality and governance, & data integration. The candidate will also take a hands-on approach in organizing internal technical trainings, producing relevant documentation, and continuously improving team processes to deliver high-quality results.
BAU Support & Production Support
- Service Management (BAU): Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Third Party Vendor Management
- Managing implementation and BAU Strategic partners, ensuring triple constraints are met.
- Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
- System and Infrastructure Management: help ensure infrastructure and application availability for master data and data quality management platform is up to target SLA.
System Enhancements
- Lead implementation of system enhancements in the team backlog ensuring on time and on budget delivery of quality solutions
- Manage or work with internal and external resources on end-to-end execution and delivery of master data and quality platform enhancements
Project Delivery
- Lead and contribute from initiation, planning, and execution of Global Data, Analytics & AI (GDAAI) strategies and policies.
- Critical player on implementation of projects related to Master Data Management, Governance and Quality.
- Key contributor to ensure all deliverables are met from a technical and functional aspect of the intended data management, governance and quality solutions.
- Write comprehensive user manuals, guides, test scripts, technical configuration specs, and other critical documentations are part of project delivery.
People and Team Collaboration
- Manage and upkeep of team plans, trackers, and dashboards to ensure up to date inputs for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Ensure individual compliance to HR deliverables and processes, completion of required trainings and drive engagement efforts.
- Drive continuous self-improvement by completing technical and functional training, enhancing skills, and contributing to the overall growth of the team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in data management, governance, quality, and analytics.
- Knowledge of master data management processes.
- Experience in Service Management, Vendor Management, and Project Management.
- Experience with Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business processes, KPIs, and financial data.
- Proficiency in relational databases (SQL), MDM, data quality tools, architecture, and BI technologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
