Title: Data Architect
The Data Architect is responsible for the overall design and approach in developing both the logical and physical data architecture of the data warehouse and data lake. This role requires a broad understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and cloud data technologies, and will provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
As a global function, the Data Architect will collaborate closely with regional teams across various geographies to ensure the architecture adheres to global standards while addressing local business needs, scalability, and compliance with regional regulations.

Design logical and physical data models optimized for both performance and usability.

Define and execute optimization strategies for existing data models.

Review deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness against business requirements.

Ensure physical designs comply with standards set by the Data Architecture team.

Collaborate with fellow Data Architects in developing scalable data solutions.

Build source system knowledge to identify optimal data sources for reporting and analytics.

Provide source-to-target mapping for reports, data extractions, and analytical use cases.

Work closely with regional teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure alignment with global data architecture standards and best practices.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect.

Strong knowledge of both 3NF and Star Schema model implementation.

Expertise in designing enterprise data warehouses using platforms such as Snowflake.

Familiarity with global data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Experience in managing metadata, data catalogs, and data lineage tools.

Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
