Title:  Data Analytics Officer (Manufacturing & Logistics)

 

The Data Analytics Officer will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that will help optimize various business functions. This role requires a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

 

  • Collects, cleans, and analyzes large datasets from various sources.

  • Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.

  • Identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of data analytics strategies.

  • Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.

  • Utilizes statistical methods and data analysis techniques to generate actionable recommendations.

  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering (including Industrial/Management Engineering), or a related field.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in data analytics; experience in the food manufacturing and logistics/distribution industry is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.

  • Ability to translate and interpret data into meaningful and useful insights to improve commissary operations.

  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, Anaplan, and data governance best practices is a plus.

  • Willing to report on a hybrid setup in Pasig or Laguna.
