Title: Data Analytics Officer (Manufacturing & Logistics)
The Data Analytics Officer will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that will help optimize various business functions. This role requires a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

Collects, cleans, and analyzes large datasets from various sources.

Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.

Identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making.

Assists in the development and implementation of data analytics strategies.

Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering (including Industrial/Management Engineering), or a related field.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in data analytics; experience in the food manufacturing and logistics/distribution industry is highly desirable.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.

Ability to translate and interpret data into meaningful and useful insights to improve commissary operations.

Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, Anaplan, and data governance best practices is a plus.

Willing to report on a hybrid setup in Pasig or Laguna.
