Title:  Corporate Planning Officer

JFC’s Corporate Planning Officer is responsible for the following:

Financial Systems

  • Support project management and execution.
  • Develop training and adoption materials.
  • Prepare for long-term support.

Management Reporting (MR) Analysis

  • Review and analyze monthly MR of SBUs.
  • Update MR structure and definitions.
  • Maintain MR database and provide analysis and commentaries.

Monthly Financial Forecast

  • Coordinate outlook submissions with SBUs.
  • Review and analyze outlook numbers.
  • Conduct scenario planning.

Market, Economic, and Business Intelligence

  • Track competitive trends and developments.
  • Share competitive insights and consolidate information.
  • Access industry, financial market, and economic research.
  • Document quarterly competitive analysis.
  • Provide macro-economic forecasts.

Annual Strategic Planning

  • Support annual LRP planning.
  • Coordinate and assist SBUs in finalizing LRP.
  • Review and analyze consolidated strategic plans.
  • Update and finalize annual targets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4-year finance or business-related course.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, focused on financial systems with mastery in Anaplan.
  • Willing to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid set-up)
