Title: Corporate Planning Officer
JFC’s Corporate Planning Officer is responsible for the following:
Financial Systems
- Support project management and execution.
- Develop training and adoption materials.
- Prepare for long-term support.
Management Reporting (MR) Analysis
- Review and analyze monthly MR of SBUs.
- Update MR structure and definitions.
- Maintain MR database and provide analysis and commentaries.
Monthly Financial Forecast
- Coordinate outlook submissions with SBUs.
- Review and analyze outlook numbers.
- Conduct scenario planning.
Market, Economic, and Business Intelligence
- Track competitive trends and developments.
- Share competitive insights and consolidate information.
- Access industry, financial market, and economic research.
- Document quarterly competitive analysis.
- Provide macro-economic forecasts.
Annual Strategic Planning
- Support annual LRP planning.
- Coordinate and assist SBUs in finalizing LRP.
- Review and analyze consolidated strategic plans.
- Update and finalize annual targets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4-year finance or business-related course.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, focused on financial systems with mastery in Anaplan.
- Willing to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid set-up)
