Title: Corporate Communications Manager
Jollibee Group's Corporate Communications Manager will serve a vital global role in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance and protect the Jollibee Group corporate reputation, support relevant stakeholder engagement, and drive internal and external awareness for the corporate brand and its narratives.
This position requires exceptional oral and written communication skills, strategic thinking, creativity, with high-level project management and organizing capabilities, effective interpersonal skills, digital proficiency and a passion for storytelling.
The Corporate Communications Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, relevant business unit heads across key markets in developing and implementing initiatives, including mitigating risks and managing issues. The role will encompass leading a Center of Excellence and will be reporting to the Global Corporate Communications Head.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in organizational communication, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies and plans across multiple channels.
- Excellent media relations skills, including a network of media contacts and experience in managing media inquiries and interviews.
- Ability to think strategically, research and analyze data, identify gaps, opportunities, emerging trends, and develop or adapt communication strategies accordingly.
- Proficient and organized in record keeping and budget management.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines. - Proficiency in using digital in communication and collaboration tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Experience in crisis communication and issues management is highly desirable.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
