Title:  Channels Marketing Assistant Manager

JFC’s Channels Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for the following:

  • Managing e-commerce performance through SEO, ASO, SEM, and conversion campaigns across social media platforms
  • Leading the execution of delivery comms plans, marketing campaigns, promos, menu launches and menu updates across different delivery access points (aggregators, delivery website, delivery app). 
  • Liaising with aggregator partners, vendors and cross-functional partners to successfully launch and complete marketing projects.
  • Monitors, analyzes and reports delivery business performance, and identifies key next steps to drive business growth.​​​​​

E-commerce Performance

  • Manages SEO, ASO, SEM, social media conversion campaigns, and CRM efforts

Access Points Management

  • Lead the management of aggregator partnerships and assists in the management of the Mang Inasal website and app. He/she must ensure that the menu and prices are up to date, and the promotions (ads and promos) are executed with good quality, on-time and in-full.
  • Monitor and report performance periodically and give recommendations to further improve performance.
  • He/she will be the main point of contact for aggregator management and handling concerns.

 

Campaign and Creative Materials Development

  • Creates communication plans for aggregator platforms.
  • Leads or assists in developing delivery marketing campaigns that help drive total delivery growth. 
  • Works with creative agencies for the development of all delivery marketing communication materials used on social media and in aggregators.
  • Monitors the performance of creative materials across ad mediums, then explores and recommends creative or ad medium improvement.

 

Promo management

  • Designs and launches high-performing promos across the different delivery access points.
  • Monitors promo performance and recommends pivots or improvements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing/managing marketing for aggregators or online shopping platform.
  • Has experience in SEO, SEM, ASO, CRM, Meta, Google and Tiktok conversion campaigns
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up)
