Title:  Business Channels Lead (Digital and Non-Digital)

The Business Channels Lead for (digital and non-digital) leads and supports in enhancing the business operations through strategic management of digital ordering access points (including cashless), increasing channel growth and improving consumer experience. 

 

This role ensures smooth implementation of these business channels (digital and non-digital) across stores, works towards process improvement, and provides support to stores on data analysis and feedback. 

 

Driving Digital Ordering Touchpoints

  • Lead in business development and management of digital ordering touchpoints (i.e. SOK, QR Express Ordering, etc) 
  • Lead in increasing in adoption rate and usage in digital ordering touchpoints 
  • Drive overall brand experience in digital ordering touchpoints, ensuring all interactions are aligned with brand and consumer behavior (i.e. UX/UI) 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives, analyze usage data and customer feedback to continually refine and optimize digital ordering functionalities 

 

Non-cash 

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of cashless payment solutions, such as mobile payments, terminal payments, etc. for new and existing stores 
  • Works with Digital Technology to ensure compliance in security standards and regulations. 
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for increasing cashless transactions. 
  • Provide training and support to operations on cashless payment systems and troubleshoot any operational issues, if needed. 
  • Ensure timely deployment of Cashless solutions for new and existing stores, integrated to POS, SOK and other in-store order processing solutions 
  • Manage and process customer refunds/chargebacks through Operations team 

 

Channel Business Agenda 

  • Lead in identifying business channel opportunities (i.e. Drive-up), business development and management (i.e. Bulk Order/Chowlebration or SES) 
  • Drive overall business channel brand experience ensuring all interactions are aligned with brand and consumer behavior (i.e. CX) 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives 
    • Co-creates strategies and concepts with Marketing to improve competitive position and to maximize sales opportunities 
    • Develop and co-create strategies with Restaurant Systems to handle large-scale orders efficiently (including recommendations on process improvement) 
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to continually refine and optimize functionalities 
  • Provide support to store operations when needed

  • Performs other jobs, tasks or expertise-related assignments in order to develop one’s self and/or share one’s expertise to support operational efficiency. 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in any food industry or related function
    • Trade Marketing or Key Accounts candidates with experience in F&B/QSR, or food retail.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite work per week)
