Title:  Brand Operations Manager (Product Development)

The Brand Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:

  1. PRODUCT & INNOVATIONS MANAGEMENT
    • Overall manager of Chowking product development process including Product Board and Product Work Group proceedings
    • Maintains rolling base product landing calendar and marketing innovation roadmap - as input to Brand Marketing Plan
    • Leads quarterly reviews of Brand Priority Products
    • Marketing lead for product innovation initiatives (e.g., Product Concept Board)
  2. MENU MANAGEMENT & MARKETING INTELLIGENCE
    • Leads multi-brand price movements and menu price optimization initiatives
    • Sets and reviews full-year targets based on category building blocks, and manages performance monitoring
    • Manages critical marketing data archives
    • Leads multi-brand competitive analysis
  3. S&OP MARKETING LEAD
    • Facilitates periodic demand reviews across all marketing groups (categories, multi-categories, trade marketing)
    • Represents and liaises for marketing on critical Sales and Operations Plan & Execution concerns
    • Leads multi-brand supply management concerns
  4. BRAND MARKETING PLAN MANAGEMENT
    • Maintains Brand Marketing Plan calendar
    • Leads Marketing & Operations alignment initiatives to review annual Brand Marketing Plan (e.g., quarterly Sales & Marketing Board)

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.

  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end new product development and in marketing analytics or marketing intelligence.

  • Must have solid project management experience.

  • Possesses effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
