Title: Brand Operations Manager (Product Development)
The Brand Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:
- PRODUCT & INNOVATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Overall manager of Chowking product development process including Product Board and Product Work Group proceedings
- Maintains rolling base product landing calendar and marketing innovation roadmap - as input to Brand Marketing Plan
- Leads quarterly reviews of Brand Priority Products
- Marketing lead for product innovation initiatives (e.g., Product Concept Board)
- MENU MANAGEMENT & MARKETING INTELLIGENCE
- Leads multi-brand price movements and menu price optimization initiatives
- Sets and reviews full-year targets based on category building blocks, and manages performance monitoring
- Manages critical marketing data archives
- Leads multi-brand competitive analysis
- S&OP MARKETING LEAD
- Facilitates periodic demand reviews across all marketing groups (categories, multi-categories, trade marketing)
- Represents and liaises for marketing on critical Sales and Operations Plan & Execution concerns
- Leads multi-brand supply management concerns
- BRAND MARKETING PLAN MANAGEMENT
- Maintains Brand Marketing Plan calendar
- Leads Marketing & Operations alignment initiatives to review annual Brand Marketing Plan (e.g., quarterly Sales & Marketing Board)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.

With at least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end new product development and in marketing analytics or marketing intelligence.

Must have solid project management experience.

Possesses effective oral and written communication skills.

Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
