Title: Assistant Brand Manager
The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible in assisting the Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager in the overall management of the assigned product category and the achievement of its long and short-term sales and brand objectives.
S/he is responsible in assisting the Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager in generating strategies and executing campaigns that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive sales growth for the assigned category.
S/he works closely with the Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager and other functions and agencies to develop and implement ideas for new product innovations, advertising, promotions, media, merchandising, PR, and digital campaigns. S/he assists the SBM/BM in monitoring the category product forecasts, initiative and
media calendar.

- Assist in driving accuracy, sufficiency of sales forecast/s.

Key Activities
- Assists in developing a strategic business plan for assigned product category.
- Assists in formulating long and short-term marketing plans for category/product towards the achievement of category/product sales objectives.
- Assists in the development of marketing programs and projects to launch new products and in tapping potential market opportunities.
- Helps in the project coordination with cross-functional Product Work Group to ensure smooth execution of product development, launch and monitoring.
- Helps in the collaboration with Trade Marketing, Creative Agency, Media Agency, PR/Digital Agencies, Corporate Media and Corporate Research in developing, executing and monitoring
integrated marketing campaigns. - Prepares the needed sales information for the monthly business reviews for assigned category.
- Ensures compliance with marketing policy, brand visual identity and other brand-related mandatories.
- Gathers reports on competitor pricing and product/service performance.
- Coordinates with various suppliers, creative agencies and assigned
- Marketing Assistant for the team on the development and execution of marketing and promotional materials both for new and existing products to ensure completeness of materials and timeliness of launches.
- Develops all required memos for campaign launches that are to be approved by the SBM/BM.
Job Specification:
Education: Business Administration, Marketing or any related course with post-degree is preferred
Experience: At least 2-3 years experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Advertising.
Working set-up: Amenable to work in a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
