Title:  Area Manager (Metro South)

JFC's Area Manager for Metro South area is responsible for:
 

Strategy Development and Deployment

  • Study multi-store trade developments and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for area targets.
  • Monitor and adjust strategies as needed.

Targets Achievement

  • Monitor multi-store target achievement in QSC, profit, and sales.
  • Analyze variances and develop corrective plans.
  • Coach store management in addressing variances.
  • Conduct retail trade area scanning and prepare tactical plans.
  • Audit and rate stores against QSC standards.
  • Monitor cost structures and develop plans to address variances.
  • Create and check execution of local marketing plans.

Operational Administration

  • Decide on restaurant operational concerns, including CAPEX.
  • Coach store management in operational processes.
  • Recommend and monitor restaurant renovations.
  • Deploy and monitor improvements across the area.

Others

  • Perform other assignments to support operational efficiency.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business related course.
  • At least 6 years store operations management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry
  • Willing to be assigned in other areas/ handle the following areas; Pasig, Mandaluyong, Makati
