Title:  Architect

The Project Architect is responsible for:

  • Design Management
    • Collaborate and align with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the designs are within the design and company’s business goals and objectives.
    • Manage the design process from receipt of planning requirements to the delivery of the design.
    • Manage 3rd party design consultants to deliver quality plans in accordance with the agreed timeline.
  • Design Quality Review
    • Review the design produced by the 3rd party consultants to ensure that the designs are aligned with the Restaurant’s concepts and standards, while adhering with to relevant codes and regulations.
    • Work closely with other Project Architects, MEP & Structural Designers and 3rd party designers to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration, consistency, and coherence in design outcomes.
    • Ensures the designs are within the code compliance (national and LGU)
    • Ensures the designs are within the brand & industry standards.
  • Application of Specialized Expertise
    • Application of in-depth knowledge in design management and planning for restaurants and site developments.
    • Ensure integration of unique features despite of pre-set façade design concepts.
    • Ability to resolve conflicts if there are any, while having the design and business objectives in mind.
  • Construction Support
    • Provide support during construction phase through timely and accurate response on design queries.
    • Periodic checking of construction progress on-site to ensure critical design elements are implemented accordingly.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be a licensed Architect 
  • Strong verbal communication skills, resourcefulness and creativity
  • Knowledge of Architectural Plans, Structural Plans, Sanitary Plans, Electrical Plans, Mechanical Plans, and Building Code.
  • Knowledge of Building Code, Accessibility Law, Fire Code, and Planning Principles for SP development.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
