Title:  Agile Office Operations Lead (Sr. Manager)

 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Agile Office Operations Lead ensures that the Agile Office operates in an effective and efficient manner – that Agile initiatives activities are implemented according to plan and with quality, that awareness and interest are generated for the organization’s agile transformation, and that Agile resources are deployed optimally.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Agile Office Operations

  • Provides overall support to the Agile Office Head in executing the office’s strategic focus
  • Drives improvement or incorporates agile principles in existing mechanisms (e.g., performance management) to support the adoption of Agile methodology, resulting in improved outcomes for JFC’s agile transformation
  • Oversees the management of Agile initiatives to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensures that the Agile Office’s key activities are orderly, orchestrated effectively and efficiently, and properly documented
  • Ensures monitoring and measuring activities are conducted, in order to report impact of Agile initiatives towards the organization’s agile maturity
     

Agile Communications

  • Oversees development of branding guidelines for the Agile Office and JFC’s agile transformation in alignment with the JFC employer brand and corporate brand guidelines
  • Builds awareness of agile by overseeing the design and creation of communication materials that:
    • Conveys the mission and services of the Agile Office;
    • Shares upcoming initiatives and achievements; and
    • Educates employees on agile principles and ways of working
  • Manages stakeholder communication among the various organizations and BUs and the Agile Office

 

Agile Talent Management

  • Manages and ensures continuity of JFC’s internal Agile networks (e.g., Agile Learners Circle, Agile Influencers, Agile Coaching Network) and
  • Oversees the setup and maintenance of a database of the organization’s internal Agile network and external expert network
  • Connects employees with the right resources for assistance on Agile projects
  • Manages the staffing of Agile projects based on resource availability and business requirements

     

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Experience in operationalizing organization-wide culture and/or change management initiatives
  • Experience in effectively overseeing and managing back-office operations
  • Experience in managing and leading teams towards successful outcomes
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent; Agile or Scrum Master certification is a bonus
