Title:  Agile Office Head

POSITION DETAILS

The Agile Office Head is responsible for strengthening the foundation of the agile transformation of JFC, enabling capability development across the organization that will support agile ways of working, and plans and implements activities and initiatives that will drive agile culture-building in support of business strategy and the achievement of organizational objectives.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Strategic Directions

  • Drives the strategic focus for the Agile Office, which will be co-defined with the Global OLC Head and other team members. 
  • Leads the institutionalization of Agile mindset, principles, ways of working into various initiatives to support the organization's transformation
  • Provides guidance and coaching to teams on ways to build internal capabilities in order to sustain and scale the Agile transformation
  • Leads the delivery of Agile Office goals and objectives and orchestrates key activities among internal and external stakeholders
  • Works closely with the different organizations and BUs within JFC to ensure that strategic business needs are met in alignment for initiatives that utilize the Agile framework

 

Governance

  • Facilitates and supports the Innovation Board as the governing body of the organization's whole innovation journey
  • Proposes Agile Office budget and deploys funding in alignment with strategic goals
  • Conducts regular touchpoints with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, to provide timely updates regarding the key activities of the Agile Office
  • Identifies and manages risks that may arise, and flags them for the attention of the Global OLC Head in a timely manner
  • Regularly reviews and manages the effectiveness of the Agile Office's services and initiatives to ensure their relevance to business objectives
  • Partners with stakeholders to drive and scale the organization's speed in decision making and execution, accelerating the organization's agile maturity
  • Models the right behaviors and reinforces the right culture within the Agile Office to support the organization's transformation

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • Experience strategizing, leading, and scaling organization / business transformation
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and multiple client groups across varying geographies
  • Experience in coaching senior leadership within organizations on agile best practices, lean design thinking and scrum
  • With Agile or Scrum Master certification or equivalent
  • Adaptable and able to make necessary pivots
  • Customer centric over process centric
