Title: Accounting Specialist (Supply Chain)
JFC’s Accounting Specialist (Supply Chain) is responsible for the following:
Inventory Management Accounting
- Manage financial accounts for Sales, Cost of Sales, Inventory, and Production variances.
- Maintain and monitor Balance Sheet accounts for Commissary and Logistics.
Inventory Management
- Analyze and review Sales & COS variances and adjustments.
- Evaluate Commissary Inventory against trends.
- Escalate significant variances to Product Supply Finance.
Commissary PNL Reporting
- Review and validate Sales and COS accounts.
- Identify and analyze unusual balances.
- Prepare and submit Commissary Notes to GL Specialist.
Balance Sheet Account Management
- Analyze and assess balance sheet GL accounts.
- Escalate unusual balances for review.
- Monitor resolution of outstanding accounts.
- Review and finalize BS account schedules.
Year-End FS Package
- Prepare Inventory Rollforward Analysis and Audit Reports.
Other Reports & Requirements
- Generate and validate reports for submission.
- Submit documents required by business partners and superiors.
Internal & External Audit
- Attend to audit requirements and submit necessary documents.
- Lead audit activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of experience in management accounting.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid working set-up)
