Title:  Accountant (Inventory)

The Accountant (Inventory) is responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Conduct physical inventory counts in commissaries and warehouses twice a year
• Prepare reports such as Inventory Stewardship Scorecard (ISS) and Inventory Result Accuracy (IRA)
• Communicate inventory count results to stakeholders
• Review and Validate Inventory Adjustments
• Perform clerical and administrative duties related to Inventory Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a BS Accountancy Graduate.
•  1 year of experience in General Accounting, Audit, Inventory Control or Budgeting is an advantage.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates (graduate of BS Accountancy without work experience)
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Preferably knows how to navigate SAP
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up)
