Title: Accountant (ERA)
The Labor & Employee Expense Accounting Accountant assigned to ERA is responsible on the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of service delivery for the following:
- Employee Reimbursement (both for Philippines and IO-US Operation)
- Cash Advance & liquidation
- Revolving Funds and replenishment
- Initial Store Funds
The position must acquire the required level of competencies on Customer Orientation and Interaction. Treat all customers’ feedback with sense of urgency and ensure to monitor the recommended final resolution from Immediate Superior. The urgency of escalation and resolution of concerns require basic knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, policies, processes and guidelines on all company-initiated benefits, and programs. The Accountant must also exude confidence when dealing with internal parties such as All Employees, SBU HR, IO HR, JWS, as well as external parties like external Auditors, IBM and BIR.
The position requires critical thinking during validation & processing. Must be keen to details and be able to communicate well to employees the needed data to ensure that reimbursement must concur with our policy and properly assess impact on the PnL and Balance Sheet reports.
JOB EXPERIENCES and SKILLS REQUIRED
Accounting related experience – Employee Expense Accounting
Preferably at least 6 months working experience
Account Management skills
Analytical skills
Communication skills – oral and written
Software skills – SAP, Netsuite, MS Dynamics & SAGE
Skills in Customer Service
Skills in Microsoft Excel
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT REQUIRED
College Degree – BS Accountancy
