Title:  AP/AR Accountant (Night Shift)

  • Accounts Payable Accountant (Night Shift) is responsible for the following:


Invoice Processing:

  • Invoice payment validation & processing of Invoices and Billing.
  • Invoice exceptions processing & handling.
  • Routing of invoices for proper approval.
  • Attaching of scanned copy of invoices/billings to the ERP system

Indexing: 

  • Encode all the necessary information as shown in the Invoices & Billings
  • Ensure that all the necessary information is completely and accurately encoded

Account Management

  • Ensure that all Invoices / Billings are completely, accurately and timely processed.
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded in accordance with the defined standards and requirements.
     

Supplier Feedback & Issue Handling

  • Validate issues and reconciliation with concerned supplier. 
  • Escalate to concerned units.

 

  • Accounts Receivable Accountant (Night Shift) is responsible for the following:


Billing Operations:

  • Generate and isssue invoices accurately.
  • Review billing data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure invoices comply with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of billing and AR activities.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and resolve issues professionally.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree on any Finance/Accounting related field.
  • Must have good command of the English language (can articulate their thoughts clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms).
  • No work experience and CPA license required, but would be an advantage.
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid work set-up).
