COOK

He/She is responsible for preparing all dishes according to company recipes and standards and in-charge of maintaining smooth kitchen operation and food preparation to meet guests’ demands.

FSC: COOKING OF PANDA DISHES
§ Prepares all Panda dishes according to company recipes and standards, specifically meeting company standards for flavor, texture, doneness, color, and aroma
§ Performs all Back of the House (BOH) responsibilities 

COMPLIANCE: WORKABILITY AND KITCHEN STANDARDS
    § Ensures workability, intensity, and integrity in the kitchen
    § Ensures that the store’s kitchen meets required standards of the company;     § Complies with food safety and other facilities-related standards

SALES AND PROFIT: INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL
    § Efficient use of raw materials and batches of cooking to minimize wastages that is seen in the store’s PNL.

Education: High School graduate or College Graduate of any course, preferably related to Culinary 
Experience: At least 1 year of cooking experience is an advantage
